Order Processing

At trypick Store, each order receives our immediate attention. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). Orders placed before 2:00 PM Eastern Time are generally dispatched the same business day whenever possible. After your order ships, we will send you a confirmation email with a unique tracking number so you can monitor its progress in real time.

We provide multiple shipping options within United States to fit your timeline. Delivery timelines begin after your order has been dispatched from our facility.

International Shipping

trypick Store ships to Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and selected European Union countries. International orders are typically delivered within 7–14 business days after dispatch. Any import duties, customs fees, or local taxes are the recipient's responsibility and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

Order Tracking

We believe you deserve full visibility into your order. A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order is dispatched. If you do not see a tracking update within 3 business days of receiving your order confirmation, please contact our customer support team for help.

Address Changes

If you need to update your shipping address, please notify us within 1 hour of placing your order by emailing us with your order number. We will do our best to accommodate changes requested after that window, but we cannot guarantee that the address can be modified once the order enters processing.
